"Remember Jesus"  Lenten Program
Please join us for our five-week Wednesday Evening Lenten Series, "Remembering Jesus,"

as we explore themes of

loss, compassion, and grace. 6pm-7:30pm

Shared meal - Bring your favorite dish to share followed by presentations around the theme of Remembering Jesus in the many facets of our lives.

Our series features a guest speaker sharing her faith journey after 9/11, Taizé prayer, reflections on the parables of the Good Samaritan and the Workers in the Vineyard, and a concluding session on the Eucharist. You are welcome to attend any or all of the following gatherings:

Feb. 25th: Remembering Jesus in times of trouble, Pieces Falling, Navigating 9/11 with Faith, Family and the FDNY, featuring- Ann Van Hine

March 4th: Taizé led by Thomas Teuber, Director of Music Ministry, St. Columba-Remembering Jesus through the music and prayers of the Taizé Community

March 11th: Praying with Scripture, Remember Jesus in the Parables, Part 1 – led by Rev. Nancy Talbott

March 18th: Praying with Scripture, Remembering Jesus in the Parables, Part 2 – led by Rev. Nancy Talbott

March 25th: Remembering Jesus in the Eucharist – led by Rev. Debra Maconaughey and Rev. Nancy Talbott
