Tai Chi (Taiji) is a Chinese mind-body practice, a gentle, slow-motion form of exercise rooted in martial arts, combining deep breathing, meditation, and fluid, circular movements to cultivate internal energy (qi) for improved balance, flexibility, strength, and stress relief, suitable for all ages and fitness levels, often described as moving meditation.
